Jacqueline Marie Turner

Jacqueline (Jackie) Turner daughter of the late Harold Dozier and Eloise Woodhouse was born on July 8, 1952 in Princess Anne County, Virginia. Jackie was educated in the Virginia Beach School system and graduated from First Colonial High School and had some college education.

Jackie loved the Lord and enjoyed reading her Bible. She also loved talking and spending time with family and friends. Jackie will always be remembered for her warm heart, kind spirit and genuine love that she gave to everyone around her.

Her family gave her the greatest joy. Her husband of 38 years, James Turner, Jr, her daughter Jamila Berry and her grandchildren Jaseneya, Leon “Trey” and Noel. She is survived by three siblings: Delores Wilson (Curtis), Barbara Miller (Barry), and Eddie (Purcell) Woodhouse (Betty). She is predeceased by her brother Amos (Louis) Wilson (Edith). She is also survived by two aunts; June Key and Glenda Graves. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and friends that she loved dearly.
