A Time to Be Born
Irene Boone Tropier was born, May 22, 1936, to Arthur and Lula Boone in the city of Newport News, VA.

A Time to Live
Reared in the city of Newport News she attended Carver High School, later she completed cosmetology training and barber school in Newport, News worked as a professional stylist/barber for thirteen years. Next, she completed radiology school and worked at Norfolk General Hospital as a Radiology Tech for twenty years. She joined Mt. Tabor Holy Church under the leadership of Maggie Banks and worked in various positions, as well she joined New Rising Sun U.H.C, she was an associate minister, served with the tape ministry, and sometimes youth bible school, later served as secretary for the Union. Later, she worked as the registrar for "VACON" Virginia District.

A Time to Weep
Irene was proceeded in death by her (brothers) Ronald, William Edward, Harold, (father) Arthur Senior, (mother) Lula, (daughter) Louise, (sister) Bea, and (brother) Arthur Jr.. Irene leaves to cherish her memory (husband) Frank, (son) Vincent, (sister) Mamie, (brother) Rudolph, (brothers) Donald, Dennis, Burt, Harold, and Darold, a brother in law, a sister in law, nieces, nephew, and many friends.

A Time to Rejoice
When Irene completed UCI she was overjoyed, when Vincent got a job with Gladys Knight she was elated, and when she had time to bless the grand/great grand children she was delighted. Irene found joy in helping others.

A Time to Die
Feb. 2, 2016, Irene went from labor to reward the good Lord Jesus Christ choose to pluck her from this way of life to the realm of a higher calling with Him in glory.
