Inez Virginia Scott

Inez  "Ms. Kitty" Scott passed away on Sunday September 22, 2019 in Norfolk, Virginia. 

Inez Virginia Scott, known to friends and family as Ms. Kitty. Ms. Kitty has left the earthly building. Ms. Kitty ended her fight Sunday September 22, 2019. Ms, Kitty was born October 1, 1947 In Princess Anne County, Virginia to the late Edward and Corine (Hodnett) Smith.

Inez attended and graduated from Union Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, VA. She worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance and for over 28 Years.

Ms Kitty enjoyed watching Football and especially “her” Colts. When they were playing/riding the way they were supposed to. Ms. Kitty loved entertaining; and never was one to turn down friends. Her door was always open, as long as you knew what time it was. Kitty had no problem schooling, you if you were uninformed “Kitty- Just being me”.

Inez is survived by her one and only number #1 son; Michael Lee Smith (Sandy). Four Grandkids Ladae Smith, Terney Smith, Jamel Burrus & Trisa Fitzgerald. Two Brothers Edward (Louvenia) Smith and Earl (Nita) Smith. Three Sisters; Audrey, Teresa (Ronnie) & Mary Anne. Kitty had plenty of nieces, nephews and extended family. Her special cousin; her “Road Dog” Earnestine Hodnette.

We loved you Kitty but God loved you best. You really have left the building. Inez has taken her final flight on her eternal journey with her “Little Brother” “Lil Bro”.
