Dan and I enjoy our memories of volunteering at the Sacred Heart soup kitchen with Calvin. We spent time preparing the menus and I always appreciated Calvin's willingness to help wherever he could. He also made sure I understood how to properly make collards. He will be missed. His friends and family are in our prayers.

Calvin Hoffler volunteered and worked atSacred Heart Church in Norfolk. He was a kind and good man, always helpful. I met him through volunteer work at the Sunday Soup Kitchen. I volunteered once a month. He was there every Sunday. I know he is nowat peace with the Lord.
